The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for successful delivery of process deliverables in case management/social services projects, particularly in the area of unemployment insurance. This candidate needs to be a subject matter expert in the area of unemployment insurance with experienced Business knowledge in Unemployment Insurance for Benefits and or Tax processing. This role will be responsible for requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, conversion, implementation, documentation, user training and maintenance work. Position requires candidates to be located in one of the 21 core cities as well as up to 100% travel. U.S. Citizenship is required.
