Journeyman CNC MachinistUltra Clean Technology - San Francisco, CAJob Title: Journeyman CNC Machinist Profession: Logistics/Operations/Manufacturing -> Machinist/Setter/Tender Major Objectives of this Position:Without supervision set up complex jobs with parts made from any material. Parts will be highly complex and can include many angled, surfaces, pockets, steps tapers and related features on different planes. Proving out programs on 4 and 5 axis machines for parts that will usually require more than one operation and loading schemes that will be very complex. Must be able to read prints, perform complex dimensional calculations understand and be able to read geometric dimensioning and tolerances. Can determine tool wear and perform tool changes as well as calculate tool offsets. Typically has to maintain dimensional tolerances less than .001. Must...
