Top Tier Institutional Broker Dealer is interested in an experienced regulatory and corporate attorney skilled at extensive drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts of various nature involving the firm's broker-dealer and operating subsidiaries. In general, the candidate will be required to identify potential legal, regulatory and compliance issues and risks associated with the Company's performance under its contracts and advise the business representatives accordingly.
