Regional Controller Middle East
Supervise the statutory financial statements in the 7+ countries of the ME region and assure compliance with all relevant local statutory regulations
Interpret and implement GE General Accounting Procedures (GAP) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in close cooperation with the EMEA Pole Controller
Coordinate monthly and quarterly closing activities accross all entities in the ME-region
Review the monthly/quarterly account reconciliation and drive process improvements
Key contact for external auditors (accounting, tax, customs etc) as well as the internal Corporat Audit Staff
Work effectively with business leaders to proactively identify potential controllership risks and develop adequate solutions
