Pharmacy Technician II [PRN]Northside Hospital - Cumming, GAWe are currently seeking a Pharmacy Tech II to join our team. Assists Pharmacists in filing, compounding, and dispensing physician orders. Performs various technical duties involved with the handling, packaging, and delivery of pharmaceuticals. The Pharmacy Technician II demonstrates proficiency to practice in two (2) or more of five (5) specific pharmacy areas (3N/Main, nursery, surgery, home care, narcotics/materials management). Provides patient care services to neonates, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients. Certified technician training program and successful completion of Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) exam. Minimum of one year of work experience in hospital pharmacy.
