Senior Helpdesk AnalystSolarwinds - Austin, TXWe are seeking a senior helpdesk analyst with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to serve our growing user base. This individual will be responsible for both front line activities (standard and executive support) as well as acting as an escalation point for other helpdesk employees. While the majority of those supported by this position are local to Austin, this will be a global role with opportunities for leadership and growth into supporting server side activities.
