Growth Equity & Venture Capital firm with a focus in technology is looking for an pre-MBA Associates for a 2010 start. As an Associate you will take a leading role in the evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and financing of all transactions, as well as in the monitoring of portfolio companies. You will work with a small deal team in an entrepreneurial environment, and have constant interaction with the most senior members of the firm, as well as the senior management of portfolio companies. Qualifications: Previous experience with a top tier strategy consulting, investment banking and/or technology company (e.g. Google, Yahoo, Microsoft etc).
