Utilize knowledge of who can advise, or how to research, to quickly and efficiently handle items with minimal research in knowledge area. Analyze complex processes, work flows, dependencies, and impacts. Proactively seeks improvements. May identify, create and or develop new processes. Bring closure to issues, questions and requests and determine root cause to solve complex problems independently.
