Regional Human Resources Director - OFF 5THSaks Fifth Avenue - Orange, CAPosition Overview This role is responsible for providing oversight and leadership to the Store Directors and Managers for stores in the assigned region. The incumbent will act as trusted advisor to the Regional Vice President and provide counsel on all issues pertaining to the sourcing, retention and development of human capital for the assigned region. This includes the responsibility for creating a positive working environment to maximize associate productivity and minimize associate relations issues.
