Senior IT TechnicianDish Network - Englewood, CO* Can perform 3rd level support of desktop hardware in a Windows\MAC environment using TCP/IP connectivity. Must have a strong working knowledge of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) software and system operating loads, problem ticket resolution and end user application support.
