Shelter Mutual Insurance Co - Columbia, MOUnder the general supervision of the Manager of Information Services this position codes, tests, maintains and documents data processing programs to accommodate the needs of user departments. The individual will work with analysts and department customers/users to ensure that information systems meet the required criteria for performance and results. The Java Programmer should be well-versed in developing Web applications. The individual must also have experience working in all phases of the System Development Life Cycle and should be able to demonstrate considerable knowledge and understanding within each phase of development.
