The Senior Systems Analyst / Programmer is the central techinical role responsible for assisting in the strategy, deployment, maintenance, and Tier 3 support of the Collaboration Infrastructure. Candidates for this position must have a solid background in Collaboration products which include email, calendaring, content services, unified messaging, real-time collaboration and workspaces. Candidates must have strong project management, business analysis, and technical skills.
