The Town of Gilbert is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented self-starter for the position of Water Treatment Plant Operator II. The individual selected will operate and monitor water treatment plant systems using DCS and SCADA computer systems, conduct visual plant inspections, monitor plant operations and processes and detect problems to ensure proper operation. Operators also maintain and repair mechanical and electrical plant equipment and machinery.
