Desk Side Support Tech
Description: Desk Side Support Techs provide technical support by performing installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance of personal computers and related software/hardware. Will be expected to trouble shoot software and hardware failures and identify network problems when related to personal desktop computers. Some phone support may need to be provided. Screens, refers, and diagnoses internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers. Problems/solutions must be documented. Will also participate in a supportive role by providing analytical and in-person technical support. Must be able to work on assignments requiring individual judgment, initiative, and prioritization.
