Input Output - Stafford, TXSupport cable based systems in the field by providing the Engineering Department with technical input to resolve systems issues and feature enhancements. 1. Become intimately familiar with hardware designs and core software functions of ION cable based systems. 2. Become a 'Super User' of ION cable based systems from a design validation engineer's perspective. 3. Work with customers and Field Service Engineers directly to identify and resolve systems issues. 4. Provide the Engineering Department with technical input from customers and problem reports to aid in identification and resolution of issues and feature requests. 5.
