They are looking for a travel OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST for a 13 Week Contract. Ideal Start Date is ASAP. The OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST upon the referral of a patient by a Medical Staff Member, evaluates the patients functional abilities, activities of daily living, develops functional treatment goals and times frames, establishes the patients rehabilitation potential, and develops a treatment program which will achieve the treatment goals. The incumbent shall asses in an ongoing manner the patients response and effectiveness of treatment, modifying or discontinuing treatment as needed, conferring with the referring physician as necessary.
