  The Gap Inc - San Francisco, CA

  * Lead GapCard team in developing innovative and profitable customer programs focused on acquisition, retention, and loyalty. * Manage all aspects of the GapCard program including, but not limited to, direct marketing campaigns, store operations and communications, field training, in-store and online promotions, and customer events. * Lead Gap Brand relationship with GE Finance, card issuing partner. * Partner with Old Navy and Banana Republic as part of Gap Inc.'s cross-brand credit card program. * Lead annual planning process for GapCard and seasonal direct mail programs and integration with Gap Direct Marketing team. * Drive analytics and hindsighting for all aspects of the program. * Own budget management for all aspects of GapCard and direct mail programs. * Lead development and evolution...
