Nurse ManagerCommunitycare - Austin, TXPURPOSE: Under general supervision, plan, organize and direct nursing staff in a community health center. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS: Oversee and manage assigned staff, including establishing work assignments and priorities in relationship to nursing services available. Direct and coordinate the work of assigned nursing and support personnel to provide patient care in assigned clinics. Assist in planning educational programs for nurses and other clinical staff to meet the needs of the department. Respond to patient complaints.
