Member Services Team LeadUnisys - Augusta, METhe Member Services Team Leader is a key member of the Member Services call center team. This team handles telephone calls and inquiries from the MaineCare member community and performs appropriate follow up actions that include assisting members with inquiries regarding eligibility, Primary Care Provider assignments, finding doctors or dentists, EPSDT services, explaining benefits and covered services, prior authorization and other issues related to benefits.
