St. Andrews-Sewanee School seeks an experienced, energetic, and student centered educator to join our administrative team as a residential leader in creating a positive and healthy school experience for all students. Candidates should have substantial teaching and educational leadership experience, proven interpersonal skills, and a relevant advanced degree.
The Dean of Students is expected to:
Maintain a engaged and involved residential presence.
Enable a positive and healthy school experience for all day and boarding students students.
Continue to build on positive residential experience for 90+ boarding students.
Gather a collegial team to train and deploy student proctors as campus leaders.
Supervise the collaborative work of house heads and late night security.
