As a registered investment adviser, we make decisions on which securities to buy, sell or hold for the funds we manage. Job Description: Oversee each portfolio investment to ensure the specified levels of property maintenance and tenant satisfaction are achieved. Ensure tenants' full understanding and compliance with all aspects of the lease, including insurance renewals & tax payments. Approve and monitor preventive maintenance schedules. Conduct or organize periodic building inspections and prepare reports specifying any needed corrective action.
