Employee Relations Sr. SpecialistChiquita - Cincinnati, OHJob Description The ER Sr. Spec is responsible for providing a wide variety of administrative and employment law/policy related project support and research assistance to the Employee Relations Manager and other departmental members. The ER Sr. Specialist will assist with the complaince investigation process. The person will also develop claims analysis and related reports and assist in the development of programs and policies to mitigate employment litigation risk.
