Plans will consider available capacity across multiple facilities and assets. Plans will maximize return on capital consumed and gross margin return on inventory investment by ensuring utilization of lowest cost manufacturing assets while maintaining required customer service levels. - Maintain available capacity, variable manufacturing costs and utilization information for manufacturing assets and communicate such information to the businesses regularly. - Identify production supply or demand imbalances in a 12-18 month window and work with the businesses and operations to develop plans to alleviate the imbalances. - Will create 13 week production schedules for associated product lines. - Manage inventories...originally from Georgia-Pacific - More Tools...
