GENERAL SUMMARY: This position assists in the planning, supervising, and filing of all SEC - related filings (1933 and 1934 Act filings) including the company's Annual Report, quarterly Earnings Releases on Form 8-K, quarterly reporting on Form 10-Q, and annual reporting on Form 10-K, in a manner consistent with GAAP and in compliance with SEC rules and regulations. Includes all related supplemental schedules to support each filing and the preparation of all financial statements and footnotes as well as assistance in the write-up of the managementss discussion and analysis.
