Job Description
As a Suspense Support Specialist, the successful candidate will be responsible for attaching conditions received through the Right Fax Server and through the Correspondent Suspense Conditions email box to our imaging system, within the required time-frame.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Identify specific document type and loan number of condition received.
* Attach conditions to the imaged files on our imaging system.
* Key detailed comments of documents received into LOS and the imaging system.
* Complete all assigned work within prescribed time frames.
* Provide feedback to supervisor regarding conditions unable to attach.
