  As an integral member of our team, you will be engaged with: Developing the financial models used for the underwriting and the financing of hotel acquisitions & development projects Building financial analyses for the Company?s Investor Relations initiatives and for the Company?s quarterly and annual earnings releases Assisting in the area of Asset Management by utilizing analysis to develop recommendations to optimize hotel operating performance Utilizing market research and site visits to determine local supply characteristics and demand generators Conducting research projects on hospitality industry trends and maintaining relationships with hotel research companies Qualified candidates: Will possess a Bachelor?s degree and have a background in real estate, investment banking, and/or consulting...
