Georgetown University Hospital - Washington, DCGENERAL DESCRIPTION: Provides nursing care in an ambulatory setting for patients in the Ourisman Breast Center. This may be face to face or via telephone. The nurse also assists in symptom management, coordinates internal and external communications around patient care. Triages unexpected patient visits and facilitates communication between all members of the health care team. These functions are performed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and Georgetown University Hospitals philosophy, policies, procedures and standards. EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING REQUIRED: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Registered Nurse, BSN preferred.
