* Conducts and oversees detailed in-office investigations to locate absent parents, verify employment and determine assets
* As Enforcement Team Leader, assigns and monitors work of Enforcement Team staff
* Trains and assists Enforcement Team and other office staff
* Supervises office staff in the absence of the Unit Manager
* Responds to complex inquiries and complaints from parents, government officials, attorneys and other child support customers
* Assesses child support cases to determine appropriate actions needed to collect child support
