Speech Pathologist School JobSoliant Health - Chicago, ILSLP needed for the upcoming 2008-2009 school year. The school is located on the south side of Chicago, a very short distance from downtown. The position works with a wide range diagnoses; including, but not limited to, autism spectrum disorders, LD, MR, and CP, with a majority of the cases being language and/or articulation impairments. The average caseload is about 45 students, ages Pre-K through High School. This public school system needs coverage at 3 to 5 schools located a short distance apart. Besides doing treatments, you'll also do some evaluations and standardized testing for new kids needing IEP's.
