Senior Quality Control SpecialistFannie Mae - Dallas - Dallas, TXJOB INFORMATION The ideal candidatewill report directly to the Director of Single Family Credit Risk in Fannie Mae's Enterprise Risk Management division. The ideal candidate will be an important member of the team responsible for Credit Risk, Developing, recommending, implementing and monitoring quality control standards on various Underwriting functions including but not limited to; Loan Quality Review and Compliance, Loan Eligibility, Reporting, and Training. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Conduct credit analyses using advanced methods and tools of aggregated data provided by lenders, clients of the organization, or other sources of data.
