  Receptionist Tracking Code 255246-778 Job Description Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors. Operate a switchboard to route incoming calls. ? Other duties may be assigned. ? Opening of the Front Switchboard. ? Unlocking of front doors. Greeting of visitors and directing to appropriate employees. ? Acceptance of applications and resumes, checking them for completion. ? Log-in of Fed-Ex, Airborne, UPS, etc. packages and notification to appropriate employee. ? Update the daily greeting sign. ? Daily upkeep of front reception area. ? Perform clerical tasks as assigned by the Office Support Team Leader. ? This position works under close supervision with constant monitoring of workflow. ? Very detailed pre-established processes and precisely defined instructions to cover work...
