Direct Care CounselorNFI North - Jefferson, MEWe currently have full time positions for residential counselors at our Curtis House program which is a six bed program located in Jefferson, Maine. This program is designed for adolescents that are in need of supervision, counseling, structure and skill development. The program utilizes the public school and community based services. There is a strong emphasis on independent living development and family reunification. The counselors are responsible for day to day operations including: maintaining a safe and supportive environment for the residents, supervision of residents, crisis intervention, case management/advocacy support, counseling and all related documentation.
