Silicon Valley Design Firm is searching for a unique, creative, extraordinary intern for a Model Maker! Job Overview: This position would entail working closely with staff designers to complete and/or fully fabricate foam concept models from sketches, 2D or a 3D database. Foam models are physical representations of the products we design. These models are painted and finished, detailed enough such that our customers can visualize what the product may look like in production. Model maker (10-30 hrs/week) with experience in the field of product development Understanding and use of 3D modeling software, preferably RhinoCAD and/or Solidworks.
