Responsibilities: 1.Develops knowledge of claim forms and crop provisions for claims worked within the Profit Centers territory. 2.Communicates verbally and in writing, with adjusters to obtain information needed to process claims and address current issues. 3.Enters claim information for a geographic territory or agency. 4.Possesses the proficient skill set to process a minimum number of claims as designated by the Profit Center. 5.Adhere to FCIC and GAIC loss procedures to assure quality work for agents while avoiding FCIC DAS errors.
