  New Boston Fund - Largo, MD

  Obtain the highest possible return on the owner?s investment by timely evaluation of income and expenditures utilizing property management and leasing skills. Improve and maintain the appearance and condition of the property to enhance its market value. Provide the highest quality customer service to both the property owner(s) and tenant(s). Administer and manage the portfolio?s safety and quality to provide an adequate and safe working environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Property Management ? Oversee the daily operations of the building and grounds assuring maintenance in a clean, safe and professional manner ? Negotiate contracts for building services and supervision of on-site staff ? Develop and insure that all short and long term maintenance projects are completed and in a cost effective manner...
