Patient Care CoordinatorUhs-pruitt - Gainesville, GAJob Description:Under the supervision of the Administrator or Clinical Director, supervises all aspects of patient care, coordinates clinical services to assure provision of quality patient care. Provides day to day supervision in the assigned locations. Education/Certification Requirements: Current state license as a Registered Nurse is required. BSN is preferred. Must have a current driver's license and automobile liability insurance. Current CPR certification is required. Experience Requirements: Minimum of 4-5 years nursing experience required. 3-5 years management experience is preferred. Previous experience in home care/hospice is required.
