Maintenance Mechanic - 1st ShiftBrightpoint - Plainfield, INPurpose/Function: Performs complex and day-to-day repairs on distribution center equipment, automated machinery, and robotic equipment. Designs electrical circuits, diagnoses problems with electrical and electronic components, and troubleshoots a variety of mechanical problems to support Inbound, Production and Outbound functions in high volume fast paced environment. Performing the necessary corrective action, and bringing complex problems to attention of Supervisor. Major Essential Functions Mechanical: 1. Maintain, repair and rebuild distribution center equipment and machines, such as lift trucks, conveyor systems, material handling equipment, automated and robotic equipment. 2.
