Customer Care Account Services SpecialistSprint - Rio Rancho, NMThe Customer Care Account Services Specialist plays a vital role in the retention of Sprint's consumer customers. The Account Services Specialist will field re-routed calls from consumer customers no longer interested in continuing service with Sprint. The Specialist will work extensively with the customer to resolve billing problems, account activation, technical issues, in addition to other general service issues. An understanding of the full suite of Sprint products and services is vital to this role, and will enable the specialist to recommend a course of action.
