R.N. to care for patients who have been discharged from an acute care hospital setting, and need help transitioning to their home. Patients are in-patients on a skilled unit, receiving physical therapy, occupational therapy and sometimes speech therapy. Patients are also receiving nursing care. R.N. assesses, plans, and evaluates patient's needs. Provides patient care directly through the nursing process. Qualifications: Currently licensed in N.C. as an R.N. CPR Certified. Experience in therapy and skilled nursing helpful. A desire to have fun at work while developing meaningful, healing and healthful relationships with patients and staff is a must.
