  The primary focus of this position is the management of HSN's inbound purchases, from the point of the final approval of a P.O. to the product being made "available for sale" for a planned show. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work with HSN/Subsidiary Merchandising Teams to ensure the timely review of all purchase orders prior to Vendor receipt. Review purchase orders for correct ship date perimeters prior to Vendor receipt. Negotiate deviations in freight terms. Assist Merchants in negotiation of additional freight charges that exceed normal HSN freight cost perimeters. Work with HSN corporate buying partners as necessary regarding vendor issues and shipping exceptions. Work with Vendor community to ensure proper shipping and routing of each purchase order.
