  DUTIES: Responsible for the sale of the full product line, within a defined geographical area, at acceptable volume and profit margins. Assist in the forecast of sales volume and product mix. Organize, staff, train, and lead a sales group capable of achieving the goals reflected in the forecasts. Communicate and implement Company objectives through the sales and distribution channels in the respective region. Develop and monitor sales, as well as maintain a strong effective working relationship with key accounts and sales representatives. SALES DIRECTION Provide sales direction that will ensure achievement of sales objectives. 1. Develop and maintain key accounts within region. 2. Establish sales quotas for all sales agencies. 3.
