The Director of IT Compliance will be part of a Global IT Governance Team. Reporting to the VP of IT Governance, this position will have responsibility for leading key compliance and IT SOX efforts for the corporation. In addition to managing compliance, the position will also assist the IT leadership in identifying process improvement opportunities and champion these initiatives to a successful implementation.
