Registered Nurse-Emergency (Afternoons)St. John Health - Madison Heights, MIWe are a Level 2 Emergency Department with an annual volume of approximately 31,000 visits. An average of 90 patients per day are seen within our 28 examination rooms including the Fast Track Unit. The Fast Track Unit is opened daily from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm for low acuity patients. The ED serves medical/surgical patients, pediatrics, cardiac, psychiatric and minimal trauma. The ED is staffed with RN's, LPN's, ED Technicians, ED Paramedics, HUC's and transporters. 12 hour shifts are available with self-scheduling. Staff is oriented according to experience supported by a full-time ED Educator. An ED Nurse Residency is available with several classes on-site. All ED Physicians are Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and participate in the ED Residency Program. The ED staff is committed to providing...originally from St. John Health - More Tools...
