Client Services SpecialistSutter Health - Mather, CAThe Client Services Specialist is responsible for providing and coordinating the administrative and operational issues involving the client, providers, and health plans. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving problem claims, contracting issues, and coordinating solutions to these problems in conjunction with the local medical management department. In addition, this position is responsible for implementing programs and policies as required by contracting HMOs and as directed by the Associate Director, Client Services and is responsible for performing testing of contract configurations within IDX, collecting provider/vendor information, populating data management templates and presenting information to the IT Department for system configuration.
