DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Operate a commercial dishwasher, including loading and unloading dishes and running the machine properly. Scrub pots and pans and wash any other dishes that can not be put in the dishwasher. Mop floors. Clean and neat kitchen work areas. Take out trash. Assist with other routine food service functions as assigned. Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external) at all times. Follow the Resort Etiquette Guidelines while interacting with the guests and respond to all guests in a courteous, efficient manner. Perform other tasks as assigned.
