Labor Planning ManagerFedEx - Dallas, TXOverview:This position will be responsible for development and analysis of scheduling and labor standards as well as applying statistical methods and performing mathematical calculations to determine staff requirements and production/service standards. This individual will also manage a team of 1-3 comprised of Analysts and/or Project Managers. The role requires the ability to interact with finance, operations, human resources and marketing to analyze new and existing programs to help improve the customer experience.
