Litigation/Government Investigations Counsel: NYCDavis Search - New York, NYOur client, a multinational, publicly traded corporation based in NYC, is seeking to hire 2 litigators with 7+ years of litigation experience. These are both newly budgeted openings. Successful candidates MUST have experience in one of the following: the US Attorney's Office, DOJ or the SEC. Primary responsibility will be managing government investigations along with other types of litigation. Extensive work with outside counsel, including budget responsibility. Will also have extensive communication with various business management. Besides experience in one of the above agencies, successful candidates must also have an excellent academic record and very strong oral and written communication skills.
