  BH NORTH AMERICA CORPORATION A growing wholesaler of fitness equipment and rta furniture. Regular phone contact with customers and company sales reps regarding current collection of amounts due for payment. Collect credit report information on new and existing customers to establish credit limits. Approve daily shipping activity for credit approval. Communicate potential uncollectible / problem customer accounts to management. Prepare weekly cash flow forecast. Refer bad debt accounts to outside agency or attorney. Maintain accounts receivable aging report to be in compliance with company policy. Full credit, collections and deduction management with large retail customers. Credit analysis and credit limit establishment. Cash receipts application to accounts receivable balances. Reconciliation...
