  Tax Manager Mutual Funds Tax Public Accounting STAFFLOGIX is looking for a Tax Manager In this Tax Manager role you will work on a wide range of mutual fund and mutual fund shareholder related tax issues as well a corporate tax issues. You will also manage the federal, state, and local tax compliance planning for the corporation and the mutual funds although return preparation is outsourced. While you will report to the CFO, you will work closely with accounting, transfer agency, legal and compliance personnel as well as the external tax compliance team the fund accounting agent. In addition to overseeing these areas, you will be responsible for researching tax positions or processes and working on tax related projects with various other departments. You must have a willingness to be hands-on...
