Morning News Anchor/Reporter
KAUZ-TV, in Wichita Falls, TX, has an immediate opening for a Morning News Anchor/Reporter. Responsibilities include oversee and anchor morning newscasts; develop news sources and contacts; generate story ideas; write, edit, and report news stories; and cover assigned news beats. We are looking for a team player with excellent writing and communication skills and experience supervising a team. Strong on-air skills and the ability to handle deadline pressure are essential. A degree in broadcast journalism and experience reporting TV News with an emphasis on live and in-the-field reporting/anchoring is preferred. Valid drivers license and good driving record required.
